Care
Due to the nature of Eros’ patented hand pleated silk design, proper storage and care is important in order to maintain the integrity of the design and fabric.
When you are not wearing Eros, make sure to wrap the dress up and store it in the box your Eros was delivered in. Please watch ‘How to store your Eros’ below for correct storage.
After approximately 8 wears, your Eros dress will need to be sent back to RG Couture for a refresh and re-pleating. If you have been spending a bit more time on the dance floor, the dress may need to come back after fewer wears.
Do not be tempted to send your Eros to your normal cleaner. Since the pleating is a patented process, only RG Couture can guarantee your Eros will be correctly re-pleated. If the dress is sent elsewhere, RG Couture cannot be responsible for any damage or incorrect re-pleating that may happen to the dress.
In case of a stain, do not spot treat on your own. Contact RG Couture to figure out how to correctly remove the stain. We recommend having the dress sent back to RG Couture for evaluation and removal.
Returns and Terms of Use
We want you to be absolutely sure that you love your Eros as much as we do. Upon receiving your Eros dress, you have 14 days to decide whether the Eros is the right fit for you. In order to receive a full refund, dress must:
-Still have all original tags on dress. Any signs of wear will void a refund.
-Not have any damage to the material: This includes stains, rips in fabric, damage to semi precious stones or damage to belt.
-Shipping cannot be refunded, and is at the buyer’s expense.
